Use a personal API key
Create a read-only or trade-enabled key in settings. Keys expire, can be revoked, and are displayed in full only once. Keep them in environment variables, never shared notebooks or source repositories.

Only the five approved instruments are allowed. Margin, protective stop risk, aggregate concentration, account status, and quote freshness are checked on the server. Request keys prevent duplicate orders.
The 5-second discretionary hold applies to API closes. Protective stops and risk liquidations remain active. High-frequency requests are rate-limited; rate limits are not an invitation to latency-arbitrage the feed.
Native copying supports up to 50 owned accounts with proportional or fixed sizing. It does not grant access to another trader’s account or authorize credential sharing.
