Who can participate
Applications require staff approval. Your approved rate is displayed in your dashboard and is saved with each qualifying order.
What earns commission
Paid evaluation fees from referred new customers. Activation fees, wallet deposits, practice credits, refunded or disputed sales, abusive activity, and self-referrals do not qualify.
How referrals are recorded
An approved referral link stores a first-party referral cookie for 30 days. The referral is attached when a new customer registers. Existing accounts cannot be reassigned to another partner.
When commission becomes available
Each qualifying sale enters a 30-day review period. Staff verify settlement and refund status before releasing commission. Request payment when reviewed commission reaches $25. Payment requests are reviewed and external transfers are recorded separately.
Responsible promotion
Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly. Do not promise earnings, impersonate Aura, misrepresent the rules, or send unsolicited promotions. Staff may pause an affiliate account and review ineligible commissions.
