TRADING RULES

A decision should have a record.

Risk-rule liquidation and an administrative conduct decision are different events.

Automatic risk breaches

Daily loss, intraday trailing equity, or margin conditions can liquidate the account and stop further trading. The account retains its recorded trades and breach reason.

Conduct review

Infrastructure abuse or disputed trading patterns require evidence, an identified rule version, and an accountable review. Short-duration flags alone do not automatically establish abuse.

No retrospective rule changes

Existing account terms are frozen. A new pricing schedule or risk candidate cannot silently invalidate prior performance.

Ask for a review

Create a ticket with your account and trade identifiers. The commercial complaints policy and legal operator are still drafts and must be finalized before launch.
